IS JESUS PRO CHOICE??

Are you "Pro-Choice"? Am I "Pro-Choice"? The words Pro-Choice have been used quite a bit lately in every day conversation. Just what do these words mean? The meaning of the words Pro-Choice depends on the subject matter being discussed. For example, in November, on election years there is usually a ballot issue somewhere in the United States on which voters make a "choice" for school vouchers.

There is the subject of abortion, where the pro-abortion side says that a woman has a "choice" as to whether you want to kill their baby or not. They call themselves pro-choice. Yes, killing your baby in the womb is legal in the United States and most countries around the world. But, what does Jesus, who is the creator of all life, and His Book, the Bible, say about the subject?

First, allow me to ask you a question. Is there a creature on earth who has the capacity to sin? I believe that we all will agree that the only creature capable of sin is the human being. So then, what does the Bible say about the subject? Psalms 51:5 says "Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me." Just what is Jesus telling us in this little verse? He is saying that since only human beings are capable of sin, and a fetus, at conception is "sinful", then the only conclusion is that the fetus is a human being created by Jesus at conception. Our humanity comes at conception not at some later time as the pro-abortion people have been telling us.

Another pro-choice subject is that of euthanasia. In some foreign countries and states in the United States, a person can end the life, KILL, another human being. The reasons for ending a life varies from country to country. Euthanasia is a separate subject that will be addressed in another article.
